'Living a Nightmare': Relatives of Missing Teenagers Await Answers After Ski Resort Blaze

The relatives of teens missing after a deadly fire at a establishment in a Switzerland's alpine town are confronting an excruciating period of uncertainty for confirmed information and pleading for clues about their loved ones publicly.

The blaze devastated the Le Constellation bar in the alpine resort, located in the Swiss Alps of south-west Switzerland, in the early hours of the first day of the year. Circulated footage show the roof structure catching alight as beverages with sparklers are held aloft.

Emergency services have warned that it could take considerable time to identify the victims of the tragedy, which resulted in the death of four dozen individuals and hurt another over a hundred. She added that some of his peers had been discovered with injuries covering nearly half their bodies. "It's indescribable; they experienced a terrifying ordeal."

The Italy's government has confirmed that a number of of its young people have not been located.

One of those is Emanuele Galeppini, a 16-year-old promising athlete, who hailed from Genoa but now residing in Dubai.
