Barcelona Set to Play First Fixture at Renovated Camp Nou over the weekend

The club confirmed they are set to host at the partially upgraded Camp Nou this Saturday. Athletic Bilbao will visit the Basque side in La Liga 30 months after they moved out so building work could begin.

“Returning home was our dream. Finally, it’s happening. We are back at Spotify Camp Nou.”

Not all seats will be available but 45,401 spectators can be present based on approved permits. After final construction, it will accommodate almost 105,000 spectators, up from the previous 99,000. Barça announced completed upgrades featured a new players’ tunnel along with upgraded changing facilities.
